Hi my fiance and I are moving to Brisbane in the next couple of months.
I have a job based in the CBD but with travel and my fiance will be working on the southside in the port/industrial area.
We want to be in an area that is accessable to the within 30 minutes and still able to get the beach in a decent time. We are looking at 3 bedroom townhouses at the moment in the range of 400-450 as we will be sharing with a friend who is coming over as well.
We all like areas that have decent cafes and places to hang out on the weekend and aren't totally suburbian.
Hope that this not to much to ask.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
