I am moving my family to Brisbane in search of a warmer life, leaving Melbourne behind.  We have already lived in 2 states and need some feedback as to good suburbs, and good schools.  We would like to be about 20-30kms from CBD, with good schools for primary aged children.  Private or state doesn't matter.
