We are looking for a good place to settle within commuting distance to CBD and also good access to the kite surfing beaches. Kids will soon start at Kindy so schools are a consideration.

Are Boondall and Sandgate nice places to live?

We are also looking south, as this could provide access to the Gold Coast beaches for kite surfing.
