HI
We are looking at moving to Brisbane from Melbourne in the next few months. We have 2 daughters both aged 7. We are mainly looking to move primarily for climate. My mother and father are just around the corner so leaving them will be hard. I guess l was just wondering if anyone here has moved for climate alone? My mum keeps saying to me, that l am selfish leaving her and dad behind and taking there granchildren away just for climate.
I must admit l am worried l will miss them as they are great with our kids, but l've always wanted to move to a nicer climate and now the opportunity has arisen to do so and the kids are still young enough to want to move, its just leaving my parents behind that is slowing the process down.
They say they won't come and visist as they are a bit stubborn.
What do you think?
