i'm planning a halloween party - nothing too flash (or too scary!) but enough to get everyone into the mood.

So far i've got some black balloons, black plastic table cloths and a pumpking to be carved out.  I don't want to spend too much money - anyone kno where i can can some cheap halloween accessories in Brisbane?

I also plan to make some patty cakes with black and orange icing and serve drinks with plastic bugs frozen in ice cubes - anyone got any more 'scary' ideas?
