Since 1997 we have offered yoga and meditation classes here in Brisbane's inner city six days a week, according to the internationally renowned system of Yoga in Daily Life ®. This system of yoga was designed by H.H. Paramhans Swami Maheshwarananda to progressively prepare the body and mind, starting with simple exercises that gradually lead to the more advanced. The yoga centre in Fortitude Valley is renowned for its spacious and peaceful atmosphere with all equipment provided. Regular yoga classes and courses are held throughout the year with themes such as Beginner's Yoga, Yoga for Back & Neck Care, Prenatal Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Total Wellbeing, Meditation and Yogic Studies. We also host regular weekend Yoga Retreats in nature venues and offer yoga & meditation classes for corporate and community groups.
