YOGA COURSE FOR BEGINNERS

Tuesdays, 730 to 845 pm
Ten Toes Yoga & Natural Health
602 Lower Bowen Terrace, New Farm
 
You will learn...
|Breath exercises for energy and relaxation
|Common yoga poses for strength and flexibility
|How to work around injuries, weaknesses and areas of inflexibility in your yoga practice
|Tools for deep relaxation and stress management
 
Come and find out what Yoga is all about!

Please note...
You do not need to be flexible to do Yoga
You do not need to have any particular religious/spiritual beliefs (yoga is a science, not a religion!)
