This extended practice will begin and end with a meditation and include a yoga nidra relaxation session as well as a series of postures to integrate the body, mind and spirit.

10.30 – 11.00 MEDITATION [LEVEL 3 SELF INQUIRY]
Yoga in Daily Life is a holistic system comprising all main Yoga paths, it is designed to assist us in our modern time by giving us the tools necessary
to live a peaceful, happy and healthy life in harmony with nature and all
that surrounds us.
In order to be fulfilled we need balance, not in one but many areas of our life, Yoga in Daily Life acknowledges four areas of our being; Physical Health, Mental Health, Spiritual Health and Social Health that each should be taken care of in the right way to find lasting peace and help us toward our purpose in this life, great Hippocrates said 'Health isn't everything but without Health everything is nothing', when we see that each area of our life requires attention we see this principle requires more
work and understanding that we are likely to give to ourselves.
So it is that Yoga in Daily Life offers us the tools to balance, to harmonise and to
